I’m a therapist based in Norway, with a deep passion for understanding the dynamic connection between the mind, body, and the social world we live in. I believe that who we are and why we think, feel, and act the way we do, can only be fully understood through a lens of wholeness.
In my practice, I strive to create a space where all parts of you are welcome: your thoughts, emotions, physical experiences, and the relationships and socio- economic factors that shape your life. I see therapy as a collaborative process – one where curiosity, compassion, and safety come together to support growth and healing.
My approach is integrative, drawing from evidence-based methods while remaining attuned to your unique story and strengths. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or a desire for deeper self-understanding, my goal is to walk alongside you with openness, warmth and respect.
Healing, in my view, isn’t about “fixing” – it’s about reconnecting with yourself, finding clarity, and creating space for change.
Experience
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Oslo, with additional coursework in psychology from Oslo Nye Høyskole. I also have a background in pedagogy from Høgskolen i Innlandet, which has strengthened my understanding of development, learning, and human behavior across the lifespan.
Over the years, I’ve built broad experience working with both children and adults, supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds and with a wide range of needs. This has deepened my belief in the importance of meeting each person with openness, respect, and curiosity.
I’m committed to continual learning, and I stay current with psychological research – always combined with a grounded, compassionate approach. For me, effective therapy is not just about tools and theory, but about truly seeing each person as they are, and offering support that honors their unique experiences and strengths.
Services
I offer individual therapy (1:1, online) in both Norwegian and English, providing a warm and respectful space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace.
During our sessions, I take an integrative approach, drawing primarily from psychodynamic therapy, emotion-focused therapy, mindfulness and aspects of cognitive therapy. This means we might look at how your past relationships and experiences influence your present, explore and work with emotions in depth, bring awareness to patterns of thinking and behavior, and develop tools for grounding and self-regulation.
Together we will focus on connecting you more fully with yourself and what matters most to you. It’s important to me that you feel seen, as I believe healing happens when we feel safe enough to be acknowledged as we are, and supported enough to move toward change.
Pricing
As of Summer 2025 I offer the following services and bundles
❁ Free intro session (This is a great opportunity to assess your needs and how I can provide support)
❁ 800 NOK per individual sessions (45 minutes)
❁ 1100 NOK per individual sessions (1hour, 15 minutes)
❁ 10% discount on 12 sessions bundle (assumes 3-months of therapy)
❁ 15% discount on 24 sessions bundle (assumes 6-months of therapy)
❁ All sessions are conducted online, remotely (via phone or virtual call)
